V. Tips

Cut vegetables uniformly for even cooking. For best results, slice the beef when it’s partially frozen as it’s easier to cut thin against the grain. The key to a good stir-fry is high heat and quick cooking. Don’t overcrowd the wok or pan as this will cause the ingredients to steam instead of stir-fry. You can substitute any vegetables based on preference or availability.

VI. Serving

Over rice or noodles. This colorful dish pairs wonderfully with jasmine rice or lo mein noodles. The contrast of tender beef with crisp vegetables creates a satisfying combination of textures. Garnish with extra green onions or sesame seeds for an elegant presentation.

VII. Storage

Reheats well in a microwave or skillet. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When reheating, add a small amount of water or broth to prevent the vegetables from becoming too dry. The dish is best consumed within 2 days for optimal texture.
