INGREDIENTS:
- 1 whole Tilapia (cleaned)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2-3 pcs tomatoes (diced)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 tbsp Fish Sauce (Patis)
- cooking oil
HOW TO COOK:
- Pan fry the Tilapia. Set aside.
- In a separate pan, saute garlic, onion & tomatoes.
- Add water and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add the beaten egg & fish sauce. Cook for 3 minutes.
- Add the Tilapia and cook for 5 minutes.
- Serve hot. Enjoy!
