INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 kg of potatoes
- 2 onions
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 cup and 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs
- 150 grams of cream cheese
- 3 tsp of garlic salt
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of pepper
- 2-3 tsp of paprika

HOW TO COOK:
- Peel and boil the potatoes. Drain and let the potatoes remain in the pan. Mash them.
- Chop the onion and garlic in a mini chopper and mix together with the mash.
- Mix in the cream cheese and spices.
- When everything is mixed well, you put in your bread crumbs and stir.
- Use a pan, turn the heat on and put some oil.
- Then begin to shape the mash into balls and fry them in a pan.
- Serve hot, so they still are delicious and crunchy.
