INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 kg ground pork
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 potato, cubed
- 1 carrot, cubed
- 1/2 cup water
- 3 tbsp fish sauce (patis)
- 2 eggs
HOW TO COOK:
- Saute garlic, onion, and tomatoes. Add pork and simmer until tender.
- Add carrots, potatoes, and fish sauce. Cook until tender.
- Add water and let it simmer.
- Add eggs and simmer until cooked.
- Serve.
